Year 2000 graduate of the Kharkiv State Academy of Food Technology and Organization with a degree in Food Technology, qualification of a process engineer (diploma with honors)

SCIENTIFIC ACTIVITY

  • On October 23rd, 2003, defended a dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences in the specialty 05.18.16 — Food Technology
  • On December 23rd, 2008, by the decision of the Attestation Board of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine awarded the academic title of associate professor
  • On June 27th, 2014, defended a dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences in the specialty 05.18.16 — Food Technolog
  • Since 2014 — Professor of the Department of Food Technologies in the Restaurant Industry of the State Biotechnology University
  • Member of the Specialized Academic Council of the State Biotechnological University, Head of the Research and Production Cluster of the Educational and Research Institute of Food Technologies and Business
  • Scientific activity focuses on the creation of innovative food technologies and improvement of technological processes for their implementation
  • Specialist in the training of engineering and scientific and pedagogical personnel, including higher qualifications — trained four candidates of technical sciences in the specialty 05.18.16 — food technology
  • The main results of scientific activity are presented in 139 scientific papers, including 121 scientific and 18 educational and methodological ones
  • An author of 25 patents and copyright certificates, as well as 27 regulatory documents — technical specifications and technological instructions for innovative products
  • In 2010, received a Grant from the President of Ukraine for gifted youth (Order № 263/2009-rp of 16.12.2009) for the project «Scientific basis for the production of capsule forms of probiotic microorganisms using controlled release technology for the prevention of microbiocenosis of the human gastrointestinal tract», which emphasizes the high potential of scientific activity in the implementation of social policy to provide the population of Ukraine with high-quality food with therapeutic and prophylactic effects
  • Scientific works and accumulated production experience are known in Ukraine and abroad. A former member of the creative team of authors of the work that received the State Award of Ukraine in Science and Technology on «Innovative technologies for the production of food products of a new generation of mass consumption» (Decree of the President of Ukraine No. 329/2012 dated 18.05.2012)
  • Author of lecture courses in the disciplines «Food Technologies», «Theoretical Foundations of Food Technologies», «Implementation of Quality Management Systems», «Methodology of Scientific Research»
  • Worked his way up from a postgraduate student to a candidate of technical sciences (2003), associate professor of food technology (2008), and doctor of technical sciences (2014)
  • Teaching activities focus on supervising postgraduate students, undergraduate research, course and diploma projects, and master's thesises. He is also an advisor for qualification works for the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences

ENTREPRENEURIAL ACTIVITY

Systematic work on scientific research in the field of development of innovative food technologies allowed to implement scientific and professional achievements in the food industry in Ukraine and abroad

Co-founder of a group of food production companies, which has created more than 400 jobs and annually produces more than 5 thousand tons of food products

Products are manufactured under the trademarks «Picnic Menu», Caps Food Systems

COMMUNITY SERVICE AND CHARITY

For a significant personal contribution to the implementation of the state policy on family, children, women and youth, active social work, professionalism, dedication and on the occasion of the Youth Day he was awarded a Diploma of the Kharkiv Regional Council (Order of the Kharkiv Regional Council No. 62-n dated 03.07.2013)

One of the priorities in social activities is active participation in the work aimed at forming a healthy lifestyle among children and youth. He is an organizer of the annual campaigns «Anti-Drug», «Life without Tobacco», «Anti-AIDS» and «Preservation of Youth Reproductive Health»

Another priority of the social activity is to conduct lectures, trainings, and master classes for vulnerable categories of children and youth (orphans and children deprived of parental care; children and youth released from prison; young mothers who intended to abandon their newborn child) aimed at preparing them for independent living, acquiring skills in household self-care, and ensuring healthy nutrition

Founder of ChF «Yevgen Pyvovarov’s Charity Fund»

The activity of ChF «Yevgen Pyvovarov’s Charity Fund» is aimed at providing charity assistance to individuals and non-profit legal entities in Ukraine

During the martial law, the Fund provides humanitarian aid to healthcare institutions of Ukraine, food humanitarian aid for the population of Kharkiv region, mental support for children living in frontline, de-occupied and supportive communities of Kharkiv region, humanitarian aid to animal shelters and also implements such projects as: «Power For Health», «Smile For Heroes» mobile dentistry, «Medicine Nearby», «Family Warmth»
